Yes, I did use a tripod. I really love this one too. I just looked up from the t.v. one night and I was like.....OMG and ran to get my camera. : )
:iconaiden671:
oh awesome stuff though

how did you get the moon so bright?
:iconindigohippie:
Honestly, I live in a city with a population of over 100,000 people. I'm very, very lucky to have the view I do. I'm about 7 miles from a bunch of skyscrapers. I work to find beauty in between the ugliness of the city. But I do agree, I want to move out into the country someday too. That way I can have views, AND open highway and peace & quiet.

The moon comes up very bright and sometimes even almost blood red in the late summer where I am. (I think technically it's due to the pollution build up due to the lack of rain o.o;) I did adjust the background contrast a little separately from the moon because it was a little faded out, but the moon was very bright anyways.

blood red..wow that must be some sight..

i think its due to the volcanic gases around the place..

well thats what i think
:iconindigohippie:
Volcanic gasses...I have no idea. o.o It does just do it in the summer though...
:iconaiden671:
i get purple skys due to volcanos
